We've reserved a limited number of rooms at the IBIS-hotel Sint-Niklaas, a short walk from the conference venue. As from October 15th 2011, early birds will be able to book these at the following reduced rates:

• Weekdays: 79 Euro per night, breakfast included
• Friday/Saturday night: 69 Euro per night, breakfast included
• Supplement for second person: 13 Euro per night

If you'd like to take advantage of this offer, simply mention "Conference Mercator Revisited – Reduced rate" when making your reservation. The hotel will inform you if there are still rooms available at the reduced rates and adjust your bill accordingly.
